The Ideation
The pandemic paved the way for the new normal in the education ecosystem with students getting used to digital devices, online content and learning, enhanced world view and aspirations. At the same time, access to content mixed with advertisements, numerous distractions, multiplicity of teaching platforms, digital unpreparedness and social isolation led to challenges for both learning and parenting. The education ecosystem was caught in a dilemma on how to engage the students meaningfully in a classroom setting while preserving social skills, peer-to-peer connect and discipline, while motivating teachers in such a dynamic scenario.Parents were seeking something that may keep their children's curiosity alive and make them future-ready with quality and uninterrupted content. In aforesaid backdrop, our team of experienced, passionate and talented folks spanning Silicon Valley, UK and India has developed an integrated and stimulating educational platform called "Scholar Planet" for students, teachers, parents and schools.

A retired Civil Servant, former MLA, former Union Minister, Mr. Alphons had a distinguished career in diverse fields. He is a trailblazer in the field of education with leading the town of Kottayam as the first 100% literate town of India in 1989. Mr. Alphons has also been a pioneer in the fields of health and tourism with numerous achievements in the respective fields, also getting awarded as the Best MLA of Kerala. Mr. Alphons was selected as the Best District Collector three times. A magnificent orator, he has authored the bestseller ‘Making a Difference’ and has edited the book ‘Accelerating India: 7 years of Modi Government’.
Dr. Rohit Chandra
Innovative Technologist & Chief Digital Officer
Dr. Rohit Chandra holds a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India, as well as a Doctorate in Computer Science from Stanford University. As Cleveland Clinic’s Chief Digital Officer, he oversees the Information Technology Division and leads digital innovation throughout Cleveland Clinic’s global health system. Dr. Chandra is credited with leveraging sophisticated algorithms to solve a range of everyday problems and tasks, as part of a technology startup in Palo Alto, CA. He has also held the position of Senior Vice President at Verizon Media where he was responsible for merging products and teams from Yahoo and AOL. Dr. Chandra was a Fellow of the TELI (Technical Executive Leadership Initiative) Program. He is the co-author of a book on parallel programming and holds numerous patents.

Dr. Raj Shah is a practicing cardiologist, entrepreneur, and Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine, educated at the University of Pennsylvania. A pioneer in telemedicine, he created the SmartCareDoc system deployed at "The Clinic at Wal-Mart" (2012–14), established a TeleRetinopathy screening program at Temple University, and teaches Telemedicine at Rutgers University Business School.
As Chairman of the Health Council of the WHEELS Global Foundation, he established the “HEART Center” initiative in 2021, deploying telemedicine centers across more than 350 villages in India that served thousands during the COVID-19 pandemic, with post-COVID care plans for over 3,000 patients daily.
Board-certified in internal medicine, cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and cardiac CT angiography, he is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, American Heart Association, and American College of Physicians, holding an M.D. from M.S. University and an MBA with honors. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Kean University's Global Business School and as a Trustee of S.M. Shah Law College and Sarvajanik School in Mehsana, India.

She graduated in law with majors in Political Science and Constitutional Law from the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab in 2018 and currently practises as an advocate in New Delhi. She has previously worked with the Centre for Policy Research, New Delhi on their Right to Education Project, and also as a Legal Consultant to the Chief Information Commissioner, Central Information Commission, New Delhi. She regularly appears pro-bono for students before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court. Ritika specializes in civil and commercial disputes, and aims to bring about a positive social change through her pragmatic optimism.
